There's a lot of drinking games out there, but this one definitely provides a very different experience. Be warned that this game isn't for everyone since it's more complex than your normal I-drink-you-drink game. It's so much fun if you have a group who's looking to night in, doing a longer, more involved drinking activity.
If you have a group who's looking to get sloshed real quick without much thinking, don't bother bringing this out, and just grab a deck of cards. The level of drinking can be adjusted too per your group's feel, so you can keep things chill or get trashed - whatever you want!
Be careful with the cards while drinking though. They're fairly cheaply made as some other reviews have pointed out (obviously to keep costs low), and if you spill on a pile, then it's pretty much ruined.
