At this point I installed 2 programs on my Windows computer. PuTTY and WinSCP. The first provides a terminal window to the Ubuntu server, the second lets you see and edit the files graphically.
For common kinds of cases such as divorce, protection from abuse, and small claims, the District Court clerks have packets of the necessary forms. There is a $5.00 charge for some forms, such as a Summons, that require the Clerk's signature and Court seal. Court Forms Important: Fillable PDF forms must be saved to your computer and completed in. Paper forms can be obtained from any District Court or Superior Court clerk's office. I have the server installed (I followed the WiFiDog installation instructions, they were not completely accurate) but I have a problem with it placing multiple slashes and back slashes in the url's for various pages including the logon page (something like logon.php). I also can't find any useful documentation on how to set up the client in dd-wrt. Any help is appreciated.
